Objective
To strengthen the participation of developing countries in global supply chains through the adoption of policies and support measures for enhancing the international competitiveness of SMEs, and their successful integration into the world economy through entrepreneurship training, business linkages and internationalization

Enhanced capacity of national institutions to design, initiate and implement strategies, mechanisms and policies to facilitate formation and deepening of business linkages between TNCs and SMEs, and growth of SMEs
