Brief Description

The Programme on Statistics and Data is a new and innovative approach that brings the 10 implementing entities of the Secretariat together, capitalizing on their individual technical capacities and comparative advantages, with a common objective to help developing countries face the data challenges of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development. The Programme, which spans the period 2016 to 2019 with a DA budget of $10 million, is formulated as a unified and structured whole, rather than an amalgamation of individual projects and proposals.
